CEM hosts and administers specialized and customized job fairs for military bases, city governments, private companies, for profit and non-profit organizations, and numerous Chambers of Commerce. Job Fairs add tremendous value to your organization, your constituencies, members and the community. Our experienced team has over 75 years of recruiting and job fair experience. Our personal approach allows us to work closely with organizations to plan, evaluate, sell and execute job fairs for our many clients. We also ensure an efficient, effective and valuable experience for our candidates.
CEM's mission is to present job fair attendee's top talent and help them build solid and successful teams throughout their organizations. By attracting exceptional talent for the attending companies and conversely attracting top employers for the candidates – a true win-win is created. This also ensures we are helping the candidates and the employers. This process also feeds our recruiters, databases and recruiting services with fresh and active candidates.
All details of the event to include logistical, financial, AP/AR, registration and execution are the responsibility of CEM. The job fair requires little to no effort on the part of the hosting organizations or client companies since CEM handles all the details. Usually 25 - 50 + employers and upwards of 250+ jobseekers usually attend these events. There is a charge for employers to attend - and breakfast and lunch are provided. The event is held at a local hotel or appropriate facility. CEM advertises the event in Newspapers, Radio, TV, Internet, Job Boards and all other appropriate venues.
